So I know it's not a Mom Monday but I just had to share. Yesterday I dropped Piper off for her first day of Kindergarten. Wow was that emotional. For those of you with picky eaters, this is such a great option for lunch or dinner. The fact that you are giving them options and control over their dinner really seems to resonate with little ones. Plus it's super easy. Make sure to use a variety of vegetables as your "dippers" in a range of colors, for a rainbow effect. Mom Monday {Piper’s Superhero Party}
I had so much fun planning Piper's 5th birthday party. It was a welcome departure from the typical frozen/princess theme.
