This past week has been quite a milestone for us, as Piper learns to use her potty. I had tried several times since she turned 2, but she simply was not interested. So I tried a new method this past week, that worked great for us. Magic Date Balls
For Thanksgiving this year, I decided to make these amazing tiny bites of goodness, which I have dubbed "Magic Date Balls" appropriately.
With these Date Truffles from Sprouted Kitchen as my guide I created these tiny bites.
I love how easy it is to create homemade Almond Butter! Literally just put almonds in the food processor and whirl them up for about 8 minutes...voila you have almond butter!

Mom Monday {Halloween}
Halloween was so much fun this year. Piper chose what she wanted to be for Halloween....a kittycat ghost! It was so cute, asking her time and again during the weeks leading up to Halloween, and each time she would say "I wanna be a kittycat ghost".
