With spring here, we are getting so many delicious things in our CSA basket. Here is a salad I whipped up for a party we had this weekend. It was a huge hit with parents and kids alike. Even with the parents that shall we say don't normally go for the quinoa! Enjoy!

Raw No Sugar Power Protein Peanut Butter Bites
I am sort of obsessed with these ever since I made them a few weeks ago. The beauty, they keep in the fridge for a while (I had mine for 1 1/2 weeks).
