I recently discovered that the more Piper is involved in creating our meals the more she will enjoy them. So the other day we did "Roll your own spring rolls" together. She had the best time choosing her own fillings and rolling her own rolls all on her own. I love these, they make a great lunch or dinner, and the "roll your own" philosophy allows your child to make choices about their food, while still getting them to eat what you want them to eat.
