I love cake. I love mini desserts. I love ice cream. But I know you are DYING to know what my favorite dessert is. ICE CREAM SANDWICHES. I guarantee that your guests feel the same. Every single one. Ok, maybe I’m exaggerating, but I seriously love them. I was thinking if I could do my wedding all over again, I would want to incorporate ice cream sandwiches in my reception somehow.
So I put together a little idea for you. An ice cream sandwich bar. Build your own! Choose your cookie. Slap some ice cream on it, sandwich it with your other favorite cookie, then roll it generously in a topping of your choice! What a fun and memorable way to end your party!
