Being a dessert lover, I absolutely embrace the evolution that has been happening to the dessert bar. At the forefront of this change is the lovely Amy Atlas of course. She seems to have revolutionized the dessert table concept and is now inspiring people all over the world to make their desserts a main event at their weddings or soirées. This is such a fun thing because it allows for whimsy, personality, color and above all fantastic desserts…a lot of them!
Above are a few of my favorites from Amy Atlas. The top three were created for Brides Magazine and shot by Andrew McCaul. The yellow and pink table was created for the Martha Stewart 15th Anniversary Party, photographed by Mel Barlow, photos via Style Me Pretty. I love Amy’s use of color and her ability to create such unique and memorable tables every time!
This absolutely stunning dessert table from Style Me Pretty was created by Picture Perfect Events and Fleuretica as well as dessert concierge (how cool does that sound!) Popisme and Cakes by the Pound. The stunning photos were taken by Caroline Tran. I am so wanting those white chocolate malts right now!!
This dreamy pink table via Wildflower Linen is so elegant. I love the subtle pink tones. Finally this last table is so fun and unique! I just love the darks against the mint green, and that cake topper! Only could have been done by Jesi Haack Weddings and Sweet & Saucy Shop, shot by Matthew Morgan Photography. Hmmm….this post just made me hungry, think its time for some ice cream!
