Ever since I read about Single Thread Farm earlier this year it’s been on my must visit list. Think a cozy inn in California’s wine country with a modern luxe twist, and a Cal-Japanese eatery sourcing it’s ingredients from it’s private farm and rooftop garden. It’s been described as a “restaurant with bedrooms” – Vogue. The food likes like art masterpieces, and the setting sounds utterly amazing.
