Well this is the most intriguing idea I have heard of in a long time. It comes from a cafe in Copenhagen called The Royal Cafe, that offers a unique type of cuisine they have invented called SMUSHI. Smushi is a blend of sushi and a traditional Danish open face Rye Bread sandwich, called Smorebrod. Now these tiny bites look like masterpieces to me. Very inventive, and like tiny bits of art. I can only imagine having these served at a very mod wedding!! How fun!
The other cool thing is that this cafe is a partnership with Royal Copenhagen porcelain factory, and the smushi are served on the fancy porcelain!! How fancy! Watch this video on how they make the Smushi! Yum!
