Over the past three months I have been in a whirlwind. Emily, my amazing business partner was blessed with the sweetest baby girl, and with that, she took time off to focus on being a mom. During this time we have been blessed as a business to be able to flourish and grow, but with that came the enormous challenge for me, of balancing business and family. Being a mom and being a business owner, running the show solo, it was very overwhelming at times. There have been the most amazing rewards as I established new business relationships. And there have been huge heartaches as I left early some mornings to be at the office or a meeting, and I didn’t get to see my sweet daughter. I just thought I would share, it’s not always perfect, but it’s days like today, when Emily returned to the office (Yay!!) that I feel so incredibly blessed and thankful. Thankful for my family, thankful for my amazing and always supportive business partner, and thankful for Wiley Valentine.
