So excited to be bringing you a behind the scenes look at Emily’s Baby’s shower. One of the best parts of the day was the Loose Leaf Tea Bar. This was a bar overflowing with all different types of teas. Guests were invited to create their own custom tea blend in an adorable animal topped jar. The jars were sourced from Specialty Bottles (a great resource), and then painted & topped with toy animals. I found the tea in bulk from San Francisco Herb Co and they had great prices on the tea strainers in bulk as well. One thing I think guests really enjoyed were the signs next to each tea variety. Each tea was labeled with it’s flavor profile and drinking characteristics!
We used Emily’s mother’s vintage tea pots as vessels for the teas. This was so perfect and gorgeous, but if you don’t have access to these, simple large glass bowls would be pretty as well.
Now here is your list in order to create your own tea bar. This would be so darling for a bridal shower, birthday party, or ladies luncheon.
