My sweet mother-in-law asked for a few recipes she could choose from to make some healthy desserts for Thanksgiving this year. I have recently witnessed the genius of Dates, almond extract, and carob powder in creating the illusion of a sugary snack. Here are a few of my favorite dessert recipes for Thanksgiving.
