We are getting ready to leave on our family vacation and I thought I would share with you what I am packing in the diaper bag for the airplane. We are in for about 8 1/2 hours of travel time, so I am being very strategic about what I am bringing on the plane. It’s all about keeping Piper happy, since she turned 2 and has her own seat when we fly, that does make a huge difference, but still I needed some secret weapons.
We bought Piper headphones, and downloaded Finding Nemo on the ipad for her. I picked up these cute charm bracelets for $1 at Target. Lots of wipes of course. My hand sanitizer of choice is from the Honest Company. Piper loves looking at children’s catalogs, so I saved a few of her favorites and will give them to her on the plane. Forever 21 is the best place to get fun necklaces and bracelets. Piper loves jewelry and I can usually snag some there for around $1. I am bringing cooked plain pasta & homemade dried fruit as snacks. I made extra dried fruit for the trip as well, so she can snack on that throughout the vacation. She loves it and it’s so easy to travel with. I love this outfit from Splendid!
