Stir fry is one of those dishes I have been making for years, yet I am almost always dissapointed. The vegetables are typically soggy, the sauce cooks away, and it’s just not all I had hoped. When I was playing around in the kitchen the other day, I decided to make the stir fry sauce separately and toss it with the vegetables at the very last minute, so it’s super flavorful and doesn’t have a chance to cook off. The tahini added some thickness to the sauce, and I now can say with confidence this is my favorite stir fry!
I used all the veggies from our CSA basket last week, so everything was organic and farm fresh! let me know if you guys try it.
