I am trying a new feature today…”In the Kitchen with Wiley Valentine”. I love cooking and I thought, why not share some of my experiences in the kitchen? I would LOVE to hear what you guys think of the feature and if you try the recipe.
I ended up making this for lunch yesterday. It was so beautiful I took a picture of it, then I thought, I must share this recipe. It was so easy and so good! The key is using good quality ingredients. Having a good quality olive oil in the pantry to use for occasions such as this is key. I always have a less expensive olive oil that I use for cooking and then a high quality one for salads and times that you really taste it.
