I first heard of Amy Atlas from my dear friend and paper boutique extraordinaire, Molly Young, owner of Molly’s Paperie. Amy is an event planner specializing in these elaborate and stunning dessert tables. She really takes the typical candy bar to an entirely new level! This first one shown on her site reminded me so much of our Matzinger invitation.
This got me thinking how fun it would be to design new invitation and card designs based on her fabulous table scapes. I find it so much easier to design new invitations if I have a couple in mind, even if they are fictional. I like to imagine their design style, wedding location, likes and dislikes etc. These tables are the perfect inspiration for some new styles. Stay tuned for the results!
