We are so sad to see Melissa go. She has been with us for over a year, but is starting a new chapter of her life in Nevada! We are so excited for her, but she will be missed. Some knowledge of quickbooks
Great customer service // Phone skills
Great at multi-tasking
Great computer skills
Ability to take direction well
Tasks may include:
Invoicing all customers
Following up with unpaid invoices
Ship all orders via UPS and sometimes USPS for international orders
Answering all phone calls
Maintaining relationships with all clients via phone and occasional meet and greet
Managing Quality Control Department
Working at the most fun office ever!
